I have truly found a love for audiobooks. It allows me to have more than one to two hours of reading enjoyment, but I will say.... the narrator(s) can make or break a book. There have been some that are so well done they immerse me into the story. But I have found that in a lot of them the narrators emotion level isn't necessarily where mine would be and I'm having a hard time rating them. I know I could never do what these narrators do so I dont want to criticize, but it does make me wonder if they work with writer while recording or if the author listens before these are published. Perhaps I am the one that just sees the scene slightly different.
