The last Cane brother..... A Long Time Coming follows JP and his best friend Lia. I think these are some of the cutest stories. A long time friendship that turns into more. I have had the most fun listening to these books. Each book has been completely separate with but also entertained very well with the other books in the series. I do believe that part of my rating is due to listening to these books. The narrators and I just are not jiving, but I am enjoying the flexibility that audiobooks give me to switch over.
JP and Lia are the cutest of friends. I enjoyed watching their relationship unfold. It's always amazing to me that it takes something drastic to force people to open their eyes and their hearts. Friends make the best relationships, but I can also see why fear is there to lose what you have. I am one of those that believes that guys and girls can be friends, but in order for that to happen they cannot have a physical attraction to one another. Cause even those you may not be physically attracted to start to look hot when their personalities shine through. As this was defined as being a My Best Friends Wedding retelling there is one major difference. What do you think it is? 😉
